All in the Timing by David Ives
Winner of the John Gassner Playwriting Award. This critically acclaimed, award-winning evening of comedies combines wit, intellect, satire and just plain fun. "Like sketches for some hilarious, celestially conceived revue. The writing is not only very funny, it has density of thought and precision of poetry…ALL IN THE TIMING is by a master of fun. David Ives spins hilarity out of words." —The New York Times. "Theatre that aerobicizes the brain and tickles the heart. Ives is a mordant comic who has put the 'play' back in playwright…A wondrous wordmaster." —Time Magazine.
All in the Timing is suitable for audience aged 12+.

May 18, 19 & 20 -- Into the West by Greg Banks*
"She came from the land under the sea. A place where it is always summer, and no-one grows old. She came in the night, when the sea was calm and the breeze was soft. I heard her. I drifted out of sleep and heard the hooves, pounding up through the surf and onto the hard sand. They say a white horse is from the fairy folk. I waited....and listened."
Beginning in the tower blocks on the outskirts of Dublin, where two Traveller children are living with their widowed father, the play tells the story of the magical white horse that appears in their lives, brought to them by their Grandpa who still travels the land and follows the old ways. And there begins a series of comical and poignant adventures which culminate in a wild ride across Ireland to escape from the police and their troubled past.
This beautiful Irish modern fairy tale will be produced by the GHS chapter of the International Thespian Society and is sure to enchant people of all ages!
