Hi Tech Parents,
A couple of things we wanted to make sure you were aware:
If you haven’t gotten tickets yet, now’s the time. The technicians who worked on this production took on the largest, most complicated technical project we’ve ever seen at GHS. Come and check out what they put together. Tickets: http://bit.ly/1MgjMfn
A couple of things we wanted to make sure you were aware:
- TUESDAY DINNER: For kids who are called for tech this week: we are hosting dinner Tuesday night. We have enough money / food now donated, but we need people to help pick up food, set up, and clean up. If you can pick up food at 4:30 – 4:45, or set up at GHS at 4:45, or clean up at 5:45, please email Jodi: [email protected]
- PERFORMANCES: Even if your kid isn’t called for tech week this week, they are invited to attend the performances! Ms. Mulqueen and Mr. Ripa would like to acknowledge their efforts, and it’s great for the audience to see how many students contributed to this production. If they don’t have a ticket already, Andre Kish (student stage manager) will have seating arranged for them each night.
- FRIDAY NIGHT RECEPTION FOR TECH KIDS: TAPS is hosting a special reception to acknowledge the students who worked on tech for this show. ALL TECH STUDENTS are invited and encouraged to come and celebrate, even if they aren’t working this week. The reception is immediately following Friday night’s performance. Again, if your student doesn’t have a ticket for Friday night, one will be provided. (They just need to see Andre Kish or his designated ticket minion.) We’d love to have a couple of parents help --- email Marian at [email protected] if you’re available.
